wow i never fully updated this, got the car rolling roaded at 160bhp
However, after only 2 weeks of it being on the road i had to unfortunately sell up due to work problems.
I ended up driving through the winter in a 16v corrado, and then when work really picked up, i decided to treat myself to an S3. However, i always regretted selling the golf :(
Luckily it come back up for sale at a price too cheap to turn down, so with the s3 sold, i went and picked my old car up today
It's exactly how i remember it to drive, and the sound, oh my god the sound! Now sits on 3 piece schmidt th lines and has chrome trim and grill surrounds.
I love having this car back in my life

The wheels are kinda too big for the car, so i think i'll be changing them for something slightly narrower, just to suit my driving style, i like the look, but i dont like having to take it easy through the corners to save cutting into my tyres. A few other little bits i want to change, but for now i'm just enjoying having the car back
