flushed the cooler through with a hose, where lots of metal lumps fell out

i imagine a supercharger once blew up and spat all the shards off down the pipe into the intercooler

its been pressure tested, so it doesnt realy matter

I didnt fully strip it, as i didnt want to f**k the fins and effect the performance

the primers realy thin for that reason too

keyed it up

sprayed

ill leave it overnight over the heater and it should be dry by the morning ;-)
