its proper messed up now, i'm surprised the pick up is still working to be honest. cheers for all the comments guys! much appreciated! the RX7 is now broken and sold off, everything is gone apart from the shell which can still be seen in a couple of the above photo's. i'll dig out some older pics and put them somewhere on the forum.

| haha :D couldnt agree more its so much fun watching other peoples faces my girlfriend hated it specially when sparks used to fly up through the floor, i never did get a picture of the underneath of my golf before i sold it, but the new owner said it was fucked subframe was cracked and bits of it was missing the wishbones were worn thin as paper and the sump was leaking it was all worth it just seeing people faces before i went silly low | |

there's no spare wheel, i just took out the boot carpet and cut a sheet of MDF to the same shape. Cut out the hole for the sub in the MDF and original boot carpet, and bolted the sub into the hole. The amp is mounted underneath which is a pain for setting it up but allows be to have full use of my boot. kind of.

| cheers mate! i've got a smooth front bumper that i need to give a final skim and paint, then work out how i'm gonna tuck my 17x8.5" 3 piece splits under the front arches and what i'm going to do with 9.5" at the rear...... i'm also toying with the idea of fitting some colour coded side mouldings to tidy the car up a bit? and then i may paint it a completely different colour....maybe? | |

Keep the colour as it is mate. I think it looks dam hawt in that dark red! You need to get a crazy headliner on the go to match the side strips. That'd look sick

| cheers everyone, nice to know my ghetto style is appreciated by others! decided to lower the car a bit more before last nights meet but the coilovers were wound all the way down so only one thing for it, take the helpers out..... much to steph's amusement i jacked the car up, whipped the wheels off and took an angle grinder to the coilovers! so the car is as low as it can physically go on the current set-up, which is quite handy as the driveshaft now hits on the chasis leg on some bumps. whilst i was at it i took the 10mm spacers off the rear and fitted them on the front and fit some new 15mm spacers to the backs and finished the whole lot off with some diy arch rolling (i hit the arch lip with a hammer until it didnt touch the tyres) and now for a bit of daytime whoring...... beautiful, artistic, cultural cambridge....... | |

| because i cut the helpers out and didnt take them out properly the two adjusting platforms are still in there so obviously one could be taken out to gain an extra few mm but thats it for hottuning / raceland / jom type coilovers. raise the turrets or get different height springs and laying sill is easily achievable relatively cheaply, steph cant get her foot under the front of mine tho so not much more to go... | |
