| A couple of you lads are seriously missing the point here guys! I had a good look over this bus at Big Bang and a chat with Mike Balls who's the lad that built it. It has had a 4 or 5 inch body drop, this means the body has been cut off of the chassis, and lowered over the already slammed running gear. The airbags actually pay no part in the lowering of this vehicle like your coil overs do, they only push it off of the floor enough to drive it about. It's always driven at least 10 inches (not cm's) lower than stock, hardly what you can call gash! Coil overs on the other hand can be purchased for under £300 and fitted in around an hour by you nan. I know what i'd rather be rolling. | |

Ive its cool, i honestly werent aiming it at the bus, but there are alot of cars (mainly on edition38 ) claim they have an awesome stance on air but seeing them driving down the road it slooks completely different and sh1te lol. do you promise about that burger? haha

do you promise about that burger? haha yeah got to agree, I have seen stuff on air that just isn't low up or down, that ride like a 70 year old whore, and have positive camber and tracking issues. In the VW scene the goal posts that indicate what's low and what's not have been moved a mile in the last few years, and folks (like mike balls) that once wouldn't have touched air or tubs are now having to "get involved" to stay ahead of the game.

| i completely agree with billy, people in "the scene" saying "look how low and pretty my car is" when its parked up, then driving along just looks gash, in that sense id have coilovers anyday but what everyone is trying to say is that "Matt" doesnt use air for this reason its literally to jump it up a notch so that the body isnt on the road and all his work isnt wasted. At the end of the day lets just all agree that this van F-ing rocks and isnt guna be challenged for height for a long time regardless of air coz its been body dropped. Also those of you that dont know matt check out performance VW alot of the work on the brasillia was down to him and i think everyone will agree that car is the airbags. | |

But he dont live in the fens where the roads are a tad undulating if thats a word. Lowest is coolest but as for our daily drives , we have to get to work with our spines in tact. But that MK1 is pretty damn cool
