| Ballsy's bay is still lower than any other bay even with suspension up, drives it around planted to the floor anyway . have you seen the tubs on the thing? still mentally cool He hardly drove it without air cos it was lethally lo edit -ok not lower than any other bay - forgot about a couple | |

| I saw this at Bug Jam last year and thought it looked pretty ugly. It was on the stock wheels and just didn't look too good, in my opinion. Then saw it at Hunstanton a couple of weeks back, with the new Fuchs' and it looks awesome Actually got to speak to the owner too, and he is really cool. - 69rat wrote:

Apparently they only installed air in order to get it onto the ferry over to France/Belgium for Ninove or something. He still drives it on the floor, even with the air:

| i've also seen this bay, outside our local sainsbury's, bury cinema and i've also heard that he drops his wife and kids off at school on his way to work every morning. i dont think that he could do this if it wasn't for the suspension. | |

| i like this with or with out air suspension. the work that must of gone into body dropping a bay... hats off to them and putting air on the front hasn't ruined it ,its just made it more drivable. | |

i agree How is it cheating? Nothing wrong with wanting a daily which is super lower whilst not wanting inconvenience or causing damage in places where you might go, plus hassle of trying to jack it up to fix should it go wrong It's just the convenience of it which makes so much sense

| Ive not really got a problem with air, its just i think its more suited to the newwave cars, and i dotn really like how ppl think it gives you instant stance when it dont lol | |

| i just dont see the point in them, looks slammed and awesome parked up but driving along looks gash, and if people are worried about scrapping over speed bumps then they shouldnt lower the car that much. just dont get the point in them | |

| i wouldn't say air is "cheating" it's jsut a more practical way of doing for those that can afford it! if i had the money i'd have it! if the corrado had air i'd still be driving it now.
at the end of the day it's all about opinion, and in mine, air is the way, if i had the cash and the right car, i'd have it, no matter how old the car was.

| Have you ever seen this bay drive down the road and look gash? this van has been lowered 12" then the 17" wheels lifted it back up so he then chose to tubb the front and got it down another 3". the trackin has been set to drive 2" off the floor and he does upto speeds off 70 or more he doesnt like to lift it up but if you could get the front bumper of a bay to sit on the floor wouldnt you show it, I cant wait to see the back bumper sit down on the ground. All his work is his own and can be seen on the T2D web site beakers blog. | |
