| i heard a rumour today that if u hold down the switch on the speedo dial that resets ya trip, for 30 seconds then turn the ignition on with the switch still pressed and keep it held for about 30 seconds afterwards it will reset any dash warning lights or service reminders.. is this true and is there any potential damage to engine management? and i am aware that if i ignore a warning light then i'm asking fior trouble... | |

| Not sure if its true or not but i have heard that if you disconnect the battery for a good few hours say over night or a day it will reset the engine man light. May only work with slighty older cars though. | |
