not quite upto your standards Tiz, ive have 6 cars (4 golfs) in alittle under 4 years, although i did only own 1 for 4 days lol

little pre xmas update,

wound the rear coilies all the way down and have put the spacers in the rear on standard wheels (slight bit of scrubbage when people are in the back),

got some parts coming too for over xmas/new year.

LCR splitter new from marshalls seat £18 (mate gets discount)
finished my plastic spraying lol,
got a selection of adapters too
should have the comps back in january?
possibility of another set of wheels too
want to get some pressed plates
and have skoda plate surronds since june but still unsure of wether to fit

got some interior parts but unsure still wether to fit them,
front cupholder, replaces ashtray,
same as above but for rear.


i'll keep updated as and when i fit stuff

yeah should have the splitter fitted over xmas, still on the search for a new set of winters/dailys for when my comps are done i dont want to run them all the time and ruin them lol

havent really driven it mate, tracking is well out, i cant see that its done any other damage around the wheel, driveshafts, wishbones etc look ok.
dont suppose i'll really know untilli drive it or properly get it in the air.

could have been much worse from what you say though you have a car at the end of the day. What about moreragerx7 didnt he have a vrs?

he did not sure if hes still got it, oh yeah could have been much much much worse, could have hit the wall lol.hopefully get it sorted this next 2 weeks, in no luck in a fab wheel, it'll be new ones again lol

5x100 but just bought 3 pairs of 5x112 adapters

2 pairs of 25's for £115 delivered and me and stampers went halves on a 2 pairs of 15's for £55 delivered so £27.50 each.

between us we have:
2x pairs of 15mm
1x pair of 20mm
2x pairs of 25mm
1x pair of 30mm

just need to find some wheels so i can use them now.


oh and i think ive done my wheel bearing in to, wuring noise!

been over to tinklers today and the good news is that i havent done much damage, nothing seriuos anyway.

going to get a couple of boring bits done after new year, to get it spot on again and then some new wheels.

nothing really, gonna have the wheel bearings and something else that ive already forgotten the name of done and then re-tracked.tracking was only 30minutes of a degree out, although a couple of bolts were loose.fells better to drive now aswell, maybe its because i've been reassured its not fcuked lol

30mins of a degree? that sounds bad dude.

30minutes = half a degree.

not really bad i dont think but i know naff all about tracking etc lol.not worth doing it as its going in again and will be done then.

half a degree isn't much at all. Doubt it cause much damage to the tyres either if you had left it like that and run it

no thats what i was told, not like ive got nice wheels on there atm, skoda spare lol
