| hello peeps pickedthis up last month and onli just got round to posting pics up, its a 2005 skoda fabia vrs, 26,000 miles on it with full skoda service history, the plans i have for it are: remap miltek turbo back exhaust system audi tt front brake conversion seat cupra 160 airbox auto glym life protect lowered maybe bout 40-60 mm these mods will take time and money todo so as you canappreciate they wont be done next week but i am hoping by next year, basically i want it to be abit of a sleeper but not overly powerfull around 190-200bhp. anyhu heres the pics: all comments welcome!!

Yeah they a 17in version of your original 16's. You will need to fit 205/40 tyres on them though. Make sure you keep the same series sidewall ie 40's. Staggered will give you probs with traction control and you'll have a top end of 35mph | |

| Nice motor my mum had one just like that but chopped it in for a special edition blue vrs. I drove both and they are awesome to drive. Be sure to get a seat PD160 air intake too but im sure you know that already. Also i have heard of people fitting seat ibiza suspension bushes because the stanard items are a bit turd. Where are you getting your remap done? Jabbasport sell loads of parts for the VRS if you havnt already take a peek round their website. | |

| I highly recommend jabba, they mapped my ibiza 1.8t and they do know there stuff plus there a good group of people that you can chat to, a lad that worked there did have a 240bhp/400ftlb vRS so i think they might know what there doing. | |

| lol yes it ias fun especially if its a chav in a shitron spaxo lol its only standard atm so not really quick but they do put u back in your seat, the only prob i have with the car is the traction control is like permantly on thru first and second as they wheelspin way to much lol, still miss my golf abit tho:cry: | |

| The problem is its not realy traction control it sumting stupid (ASR Anti Slip Regulation It uses the ABS wheel speed sensors to tell when a driven wheel speed exceeds the other and then all by itself applies the brake to the faster wheel. This transfers torque to the slower wheel and gets the car going on slick surfaces. It only works in 1st and 2nd gear and under 25 MPH although mine works in 3rd as well) it locks the front brakes on to stop the spinning u could just use the button on the dash and turn it off (but then the wheels just spin and spin and spin and spin..... lots of white smoke though oh and no tyre) mine is pretty standad too but i recomend doing the front console bushes and replacing them with Seat ibiza Cupra Console bushes - Part No 6LL407183 if it hasnt already been done yet | |
