| not an overly exiting or big update, been busy sorting my bbs rs's for my daily to be so havent done much on this. popped over dan the mans last night to collect a couple bits to get the radiatior on track for finishing. so the rad can be mounted the same as original, still need parting off once ive decided how high/low they need to be then this is the original water outlet for the cross flow head. all the heater parts and ecu sensor go on it. dans going to make a simple flange with just a top hose outlet, having no heater so dont need the other pipes. once its done it will be polished then anodized black to look original. also the rad cap i bought didnt quite fit on top of the end cap once it was welded so dan made a tool and then took the bottom lip off the neck. dont have any "after" pics though. and one of dan working his magic | |
