| thikning of doing a bit more smoothing now, was hoping to be done with all the welding but think it needs to be done. the below pic is off the drivers side of my bay, thinking of filing in the indent, also on the passenger side and hitting out/welding in a plate over the dip also so both sides look that same. shape of my strut tower then another caddy thats had it done what are peopls thoughts?.....pretty sure im doing this anyway but thought i would ask anyways good to hear what others have to say?..... | |

| I think you may aswell do it, you've smoothed alot and that bit does stick out a fair bit if not un-smoothed in my opinion.

| i say dont wont look as factory, i remember you saying you still wanted it to look like it came out the factory. i wouldnt personally do it, it looks more factory how it, and if you did it would look over smoothed but thats what i think, its up to you dude | |

| cheers dudes, is good to have other peoples opinions as i go insane at times just thiking little bits and bobs over in my head think it has to be done really, the dip in the chasis leg pass side i dont like, and dont think i can hit it out without losing part of the line next to it, then both sides will match. billy bum, i think the factory look is slowly going! getting a custom alloy rad made at work soon so thats hardly a factory finish piece, will be tucked under the top panel though so it wont be seen unless u look from the back of the bay fowards. got some other things im changing bay whise, only details on the engine and the carb set up etc. will explain when your online next dude | |
