| cheers for the bull sh1te guys so, today dave came over to finish all the welding jobs in the bay, was lots to do but as always dave got them all done. all that it needs now is to sand the filler down and re skim etc (as per usual) didnt get as many pics as i thought. lots more has been done but i forgot to take in between photos after welding before filler, and as is hasnt been sanded yet theres no point putting a picture up of a blob of filler. few of the holes not normaly seen from above the bay, but i no they are there, probaly would have never seen them anyway but didnt like them, so dave got rid of them for me as it was a bit fidley for my welding skills. before after now has a skim of filler on to get perfectly smooth. also the other side didnt get one before the filler went on, only got this one but u get the idea. chasis legs also got notched, used 3" exhaust tubing we had, fitted like a glove. market out, before welded in trimmed off and ground up then one of the drivers side being done just before it got welded in. got more bits done here and there odd brackets removed also, will get the other pictures up once they are sanded and etch primed along with the before pics aswel to see the difference. hope you enjoyed all comments welcome as usual.... | |

| Really good work there joe. You might need to re-cut some holes though for ya hidden wiring. Maybe at the next shows, you could sneekily see what others peeps have left open Did you cut that bracket off the front crossmember aswell, definately not needed mate. | |

Did you cut that bracket off the front crossmember aswell, definately not needed mate. yeh i left that one underneath mate that i talked to you about when you come over that time, i ran some wire through there already to check i could get it out the other side and all was ok. the bracket also got cut off last, was left on for an earth on the welder as it was the easyest thing to get it on. will get some more piks up later peeps so please check back | |

haha should have seen her face when i told her that.
oi dont take the piss, everyone knows that a small bit of paint flicked by a dremill can take an arm off XD if u actualy read it mate she was grinding welds back, not paint. would rather her wear that and get involved than just sit inside tbh. i wear it all when im using it tho. i would rather put it on and be ok than get metal in my eye? - Lupton_20vt wrote:
