Im toying with colours, it was originally green, im looking at viper green, lambo verde green, champagne silver gold, pearl grey or old school toreador sunset red. i put it up for a vote with pics

Hello, i'm jim, sometimes i do stuff to my golf and forget to post it up!!!
Sorry, its been a while, but i've been busy chipping away at the bay and its not much fun to do or look at!! my garage floor looks like a coke dealers den and i daren't sneeze!! anyway its nearly done now so will be posting the pics up at the weekend.
Anyway, todays update:
Well i little while ago i posted up my ronal magnesium splits i bought via Joe
well they came with a load of barrels, dishes, adapters etc. so i made them up and bolted them on................lets just say the poke was a little extreme
now i had the option to buy new dishes from image, like everyone else has run on these wheels, but i'm not a fan of this "scene" 0" or 1" lips shenanigans...i wanted real dish and depth, so 3" dishes were bolted up to the rear and this is how it looked from above
not too bad, but was gonna need some work..
soo, an ebay buy picked up a complete rear beam which after stripping down etc i marked up ready for chopping
then it was off to Rich at RSC fabrications this morning to give me a hand
Got loads more pics but you get the idea, 3" (90mm) narrowed, all braced, shock geometry unchanged and probably more weld than VW ever did.
Now i know some may say "damn thats a lot of work to make some wheels fit" but hey-ho there the wheels i want to run, and i'm not gonna just give up just cos it wasn't straight forward bolt on n ride
