Just bought this MK2 5 door gti 1991 £250 non runner as starter motor is lazy and as I found today a petrol leak! But not bad standard apart from the red paint in the interior! Project more doors Icon_rolleyes

Comes with working immobiliser and spanking red sprayed trim and soon to be engine on carbs lol Got some 928 porsche wheels as well off flea bay for £100 so cant be bad mate Hows that bent mk1 of yours?

Spent a couple of hours on her today changed the plugs fixed the fuel pipe. Then came the starter motor took it off cleaned it up and what a pain in the arse to get the 3 bolts back in!!!! Got 2 in the the 3 was having none of it, but with a little playing around with the trolley jack and bobs your uncle! Once I got it all back together with a little help from the jump leads and we have life!! £250 one golf gti mot'd and working Project more doors Icon_lol
