how resilient is powder coating to stone chips etc. does it chip badly or is it soft and will not show damage as much as standard paint? powder coating Icon_scratch

powdercoating is great its very hard when baked on but with hard impacts it will still chip etc etc and its still cheap to get it all done etc

When i looked into it I got the impression that if you kerb your wheels badly, it's more likely to show because the coating is thicker than standard paint. Also when you kerb it it'll crumble more, whereas paint can easily be painted over
