| i want to change my steering wheel for a momo but i have a airbag. how do i disconect it and then is there any airbag lights that stay on if so how do i bypass these any help | |

| take the steering wheel off, get a multimeter and measure the resistance across the airbag terminals get a resistor of that same value stick the resistor in between the airbag wires at the boss end put the new momo on ;-) | |

| I always got taught to never put a multimeter on an airbag due to risk of detonation! | |

why would it detonate? your not shorting it nor is any power going through it If it was still on the car then your right, but i did say take it off first | |
