Steering wheel splines?

Is there a noticeable difference between big and small steering wheel splines?

And they the same across the vw range?

yeah, it is noticeable. one is bigger than the other.

i think they are all the same tho, big splines are always the same as are small splines.

the adaptor can be bought from vw for around 8 quid.

oh, my rocco has a steering wheel on it that came from a beetle kit car. so they probably the same even on the old aircooled.

Really mark i'd never had guessed.

I meant as i've only seen my spline and didnt know if they differ by a 2-3mm or 15mm.

Is your rocco's a big'un?

my rocco is a littleun. they vary by about 20 mm i should think. the adaptor is quite chunky.
