| its more beneficial to change the turbo back pipe if you want the bhp Phil. As for manifolds i have seen the ones on the bay but unsure of the quality. | |

| cast ones ain't to bad but a tubular will give you more equal runner lengths, You may want to look at, JBS, backdraft motorsport, jabbasport, Badger 5(better to hold of him through cupra.net), awesome gti do apr stuff, tigart Cant think of anymore of hand. | |

| no problems mate tubular manifold would be the better way to go alot more free flowing than the standard one. However not sure on the e bay ones. get your cast one and port it | |

| i wouldn't port it if it was me, rather buy a better one to start with usually been designed to get the most out of it if it's cast.
you could also try 034motorsport, INA Engeering in the states i know they do some good stuff. what you search for on the bay to get a manifold for 20quid????

i was going to say!! The simple words "buy cheap buy twice" it's worth it in the end mate trust me, when tuned right you won't care about the money!! if you are planning on getting a manifold and are also thinking of getting it mapped then you i'd get the manifold first so they can get the best out of the map.
