Remapping 20vt's

yea i have seen the forge ones but i mean 189 isnt bad tbh im just wondering if it worth it really considering im running a ko3 only...

what bhp is that pushing? i plan to get a k03s in time anyway

Was mapped when pretty much std to 200 at the wheels but now added the cooler, downpipe, tip etc after the map so roughly about the same give or take a few pony's!!!!

so are you running a standard exhaust but with a bigger turbo back pipe?

Nope, milltek downpipe and sports cat, no mid box and jetex back box all 2 1/2" bore

alright mate, it's not to bad quite on tick over and full chat but when you hit 3k on decelleration it's a bit loud but i'm used to it now! only like that cos i've got no mid box.

iv heard it sounds loverly and realy shifts did u have to have ur clutch done befor u had it mapped?

nah ain't done nothing to the clutch yet

im looking at a forge cooler, tip, full exhaust then remap and hoping to see 200 ponies

Sweet, you'll see 200 ponnies for definate, don't forget a good filter in that mix and possibly a better DV than the OE one.

its got a bailey dc30? recirculation one allready on it. all i can is is bailey motorsport on the side of it. strut brace gets in the way lol

kizza go for a panel filter next i.e pipercross or a kandn then intercooler etc then you want to finally get it mapped if your going for a custom map that is...

bailey dv30 is fine, same as i've got.

Green cotton filter in a smooth air box gets good results apparently never tried it but been done loads, other than that an induction kit is the only other route.

what about s seal item like a bmc canister filter?

jabba filter looks gd but way to expensive lol

save your money on the bmc just buy the panel filter and smooth the airbox takes about an hour or less if you have air tools

Jabba is good but like you say expensive, does fit well though and keeps the heat away. You could always just get a cone filter and use that instead, i wouldn't go for bmc etc as you've got to duct it some where and it's not very roomie in there for that!!!
