what he said!! as much as i love the 928's, i dont think they quite suite the car, but thats just my opinion, and i could be totally wrong!
just looked in this thread for the 1st time and i'm impressed, the motor is really scrubbing up well. chears Ed, would you be interesed in selling the teladiles? i think they would look sweet if i polished them! i was just thinking actually the teledials would look sweet on this, maybe even in their current colour! i'll be selling them as soon as i get the other wheels on the vento, not sure how much for yet, will let u know though

| i havent updated this in a long while....lose of interest... But now all is good again and im start to show it some Love again..... have done a lot synce my last post but havent taken many photos. the first thing was new rear top mounts, the guy that had it before me had fitted them wrong he had put the top ones on the bottom and the bottom ones on the top, also he didnt put the spacer and nut on... so i got 2 spacers and 2 nuts from my old shocks in the shead and got new rear mounts! i also greesed the threds for the winter my mum took some picks for me next.. i got some black gti boot capet turots and some black C trims from jimuk16. before.. After... then cam a set of 16v rear light to repace the stevey wonder spray job ones the last owener had put in.... Dont have a pick Yet LOL!! next... changed my starter, because mine was prity foobared!! there is loads of play in it, so i replaced it with one i had in my shed! OLD... Newish replacement... then like a tit i hit the brakes in the ice and went into a curb i bent a bottom arm and track rod end so i had to repalce my bottom arm, ball joint, track rod and tye rod end. i manage to get it in a my cuson's workshop for the day out of the snow and cold! i alos bust my 16v splitter and took a chunk out of my wheel, so im now rocking a CL spliter and 2x 6n polo steels! it didnt snap! i just cut it off to make life easyer! more to come over the weekend.... | |

| This is my boot at the moment .... if the weather is good at the weekend im going clean it out! and hopfully Fit thease, my apologies to matty as i was after his gti interior, but desided i wanted recaro's, they are from a rover but have been modified to fit a mk2, i have managed to find the rover rear bench and door cards on ebay, and im going to have a rado rear bench retimed with the materal for the rover bench, and have my door cards trimed by my good old nan that use to be a upholster! more to come over the weekend | |

| If you look at the condition of the arm it probably wouldnt have taken that much, it looks like the wheels took a lot of it. | |

not a lot at the moment mate, waiting for the weather to get better before i start to play! i hope that it will be a good weekend so that i can make a start. the head gasket had garn on it, and the reverce gear hub is prity shot! but the shell is fairly mint. me and my mate Phill have just finished breaking 2 mk3 concepts and a vr6, so the plan is to use the engine out of phils old concept, its done around the same mileage, which is a bonis. phill done a lot of work to it, ported and poilished head and inlet, kent hi lift cam, belts, water pump, you name it, its had it! rebuilt the box, new clutch, so we are going to drop it strait in! hears a pick of the porting on the inlet
