| Need to sort out my horn on the cabby for the mot want toput it to a button on the dash but im shocking at electrics. Can any1 tell me basically which wires i need to run?
Any help would be good cheers | |

| the easiest way is to run a new cable from inside the car to the horn disconnect the yellow/black wire on the horn and connect your new cable to that then inside the car take the new cable to a momentary push button and then connect the other side of the switch to an ignition live the ignition live is a black wire and can be found either at the ignition switch or you cna take it from the back of the fuse box | |

| Cheers m8, the trouble is the horn didnt work before i changed the steering wheel, really dont knwo why. its not the fuse cuz thats fine, what else could it be, is there a relay for the horn? | |

| are you sure the actual horn isnt duff? Put a multi meter on the wiring and see where your getting power and where your not. | |

| Haha Al sorted now peeps, the original horn did work on occation with a direct pos and neg but not when i wired it all in for some reason, but i had an old air horn type thing layign about so tried that and it work so ill leave that on. PS i foooking hate midgies | |
