| just wondering how easy it is to raise an engine on a mk2? is it possible to put a spacer on the engine mount? also would i have to raise the gear box? reason why im asking is because i want the golf lower but ive only got about inch and half before the sump is touching the floor as it is and im having joe's wellers off him and thats gonna drop the car alot i think.
i wont it to be possibly the lowest mk2 about but also its my daily driver so i dont want to be blowing sumps all the time

| if you was using a mk3 subframe and mk3 engine mounts they would be VERY easy to space up and make the engine a fair bit higher.
You dont know how tempted i am to slam and narrow a mk2.. MAJORLY.
