Need my coilovers raised on my fabia vRS and just wondering if anyone could help me or know of a garage that could help me?

Get some C-spanners, jack it up and measure carefully how much you wanna go, each thread (on mine at least) is 1mm. So obviously if you wanna go up or down count 10 threads.

Thanks for that mate, just im a bit worried that id do it wrong. Especially when it comes to something like suspension.

Not sure on the right c spanner either, although just remembered it may be in the boot with the spare wheel.

I'm not very mechanical at all mate and a friend whose a mechanic showed me and it's really not that bad, put it this way if I can do it you definitely can.

Newmarkets a fair drive dude and i've got some centrebox issues of my own :(
