| hi all ok iv got bored again and need to toy with something so im going to turbo my 1.3 mk2 feedback will be great metro turbo T3 bring on the lag metro turbo carb intercooler not sure if its a ren 5 or rs turbo old 1.3 engine to use as a jig parts for inlet manifold | |

| thanks for all the coments guys the only reason im doing it and not putting a g40 in is because i can do it for bugger all as tiz sad got lots of the bits already and its should be a good crack something diffrent not after big power !!!! ps oh yes the compression ratio on a metro turbo is 9:4:0 and my golf is 9:5:0 so not to far out going to use a g40 head casket if i can as they a little bit thicker and stronger | |

| also..... When the engine goes pop... Whats easier to find. A g40... or get another old 1.3 and bolt all the bits back on. Will be awesome when its done mate. | |

| Thanks for the coments again people not had much time to play with it at the mo as work is crazy busy only get an hour a day at dinner time na its not my set its my work one its a murex set from starmakers in waterbeach not sure how much it was but a lot of dosh !!! | |

| Its a bad day for the turbo system been geting on really well with the inlet manifold and could see the end was close when !!!! set up in the milling machine to face off the flanges and the bugger moved and went wrong big style it was all my fault rushing it oh well will have to move onto inlet mk2 now did not like a few things with the manifold anyway proberly use allo this time !!!! ps does anybody have polo GT inlet manifold kicking around ??? or any sort of 1.3 inlet mainfold ??? | |

| yeah i was like pretty angry the manifold got launched across the work shop !!! but feeling better now been thinking about modifiying a polo gt inlet and its looking a better idea at the min | |
