Mtb day at chicksands 25th nov

After having a good laugh round thetford. We're planning on doing chicksands on the 25th November.

Anyone want to tag along?

Personally, I would have just got straight up though. I'm tougher than some mud, what a loser!!!

It's all about the full face helmets. Ill be alright probably won't get off the ground with my heavy arse bike lol

Works will begin in 2013 to make the course suitable to open for public
access. In the meantime, the Olympic Mountain Bike Course is not
currently open for public access although experienced riders of a
suitable standard who are interested in riding the course may get the
chance to join guided rides before the adaptations are completed.

There's a small group of us that do thetford and sherwood pines. We never got round to doing chicksands but we are hoping to organise something very soon.

Cannock chase is also on our radar of rides to do

Are you doing chicksands for the 4cross-dual slalom and downhill stuff or to do mass miles? It's pretty flat there even on the downhill stuff. Just googled your bike lee you will be fine all over chicksands on that!

Yes mate. Mainly do XC trails but I've gone down a few hills at speed. Not too mad as I don't wanna bend my bike lol.
