| Possibly you maybe right, but not many people are up for it in the winter anyway.
things pick up about march april time.
If you find it disappointing dont come then, simples really.
But yeah the meet is the 25th.

| i know its winter but there is always been a bigger turn out in town even at winter time over the past years than the pub prob due to location as people have to travel further! the pub is nearer for me but sooner meet in town. plus not much seating area in pub plus thought the idea was to look round other dubbers cars which not very good at pub as lighting in car park and turn out!! | |

| for most people its just to catch up with others, you see the cars alot over the summer anyway. Most peoples cars are in winter mode anyway. Just wait will next month im sure it will be back at cambridge by then. | |

What does that even mean? As Kit said above for most people the meets are a catchup with mates not a car show. We all have plenty of time in the summer to see each others cars so whilst the weather is s**t and the cars are in "winter mode" I personally would much rather meet over a pint then in a cold/wet car park. That being said I think it's time to change it up a little as the Otters quite a way for some of us.

| jack put thumbs up probally cos he agrees withme!!!!! who said anything about a car show? a place to catch up with mates would be good if they would come as far as that pub. what about still meet in the car park in town and whoever wants to go for a drink in a pub which i still would could just cross over the road to the pub opposite. that way everyone gets what they want!!!! | |

| it seems fendubbers has become a place for one little group of people who meet up at the pub. Its should stay where it was as i went to the pub and left, better turn out where it was | |

Your missing the point. The pub meet was organized becuase the weathers crap and cold to be standing in a carpark the last few months. The meet will be back at the carpark in a few months no doubt like every year.

| I don't see why everyone is getting uptight about this. There were around 20 people at the Lazy Otter and I only spoke to around 6. I don't mind. I'd rather go out and socialise than stand in a car park on a friday night in this weather.
Why don't the people who want to meet up at Halfords go there, and others who prefer the pub do the opposite. It's not like it's written in stone, surely?
