who said anything about a car show? a place to catch up with mates would be good if they would come as far as that pub. what about still meet in the car park in town and whoever wants to go for a drink in a pub which i still would could just cross over the road to the pub opposite. that way everyone gets what they want!!!! Not trying to sound like a dick here but could you at least use a little bit of correct grammar? It makes your posts really hard to read. I'd be up for a meet back in the regular place this month, seeing as it's almost a reasonable temperature now.

| i thought the pub was o.k it gives people the chance to mingle and chat to new faces. personally i feel that standing in a cold car park is becoming boring, maybe its just me and it will get better once summer is here this whole fendubbers thing is for vw enthusiasts to all join up and be a club, not groups within groups rant over | |

| i agree there are some small groups within the club but it's probably because the people know each other from work/town etc but it's getting better. People are mingling and chatting a bit more, i realised when i joined up that you have to approach them as they won't come to you so no sitting in your cars being un-sociable lol | |

| A couple of local guys from the E36 forum might be popping along to this. I've already told them not to be d!ckheads, and if they want to be idiots then they need not bother turning up. They know the drill. They're pretty nice guys and I think they're just gonna park up at the side and wander about. I know it's a VW meet, but there aren't any BMW meets in Cambs (hence why I keep turning up!) and there's quite a selection of German marques in FD nowadays. Plus, it'll be nice to have a massive varied convoy on the way to DC11 this year! Let me know if you get any nuisance other than the usual from Lupton. | |

Nah, i'm definitely partaking this evening. I just feel kinda responsible as I invited them along and I won't be there all night. So yeah, if you see any E36's being tw4ts, feel free to tell them where to go. But like I said, they're nice guys so shouldn't be a problem.
