| As some of you may know or may have seen, I am now the very proud owner of this shiny little Mk1 Golf GX. Plans atm are to keep it as VW intended for the time being and trying to source a couple small original parts its missing although im sure the modding bug will take over in the future. Anyway here she is hope you all like it. | |

| Yea ive been itching to get another one and after 2 years of searching for another workshop ive finally got the chance to have another Mk1 golf.
I actually had the car lined up before i even got the keys to my new workshop haha | |

I would love to do a conversion but if i do then the earliest it will be done is during next winter as im just wanting to tidy it up as much as possible during this winter and enjoy it for what it is during next years show season. | |

| Are house sure it was GX dude because as far as I'm aware they only made them in '83 as a runout model to clear the last few parts.
If it had drum brakes all round then it sounds more like a Series 1 GL. | |
