Caddyrages truck, now smoothing bay

ive bin offered a caddy for my 16v mk2 golf and after readin this thread i think im guna swap. just hope one day i can get it to look as nice as urs

Cool, luke's truck has had quite abit of attention by the mags lately

didnt no luke was sellin the caddy! it is nice tho, n like lee sed had a bit of mag attention too

well if all go's well ill swap with him. it will b my 1st caddy

Its true i might have to let the caddy go as i desperately need a car with more than 2 seats!

Had a nosey over jabbasport earlier today as ecdc had a rolling road day. Was'nt going to run my truck as i still have'nt had a powerflow done but eventually the lads talked me into rollin it



Unfortunately, it was too low to run as the wishbone chassis mounts rested on the rollers

Dint think it was that low tbh



Nevermind, i'll have to raise the coilovers when i have a go again.

A standard corrado 2.0 16v 9A(same as my engine) was there. No mods and had'nt been serviced for a good while according to owner who'd only had the car a month. It ran 127bhp with 170something Nm

Hititfasters(tom) caddy abf ran a good 161bhp

Well i saved myself 30 quid. I'll raise the front and RR it when i get the exhaust done and set up right.

Well after seeing a stock 16v corrado do 127bhp i just said 130 to be on the safe side

Think it'll be around the 150 mark when i sort bits out

cool i wont a caddy. would like a mk1 caddy with 1.9 td eng. need to sell my car 1st tho :(

After a big clearout in the garage, i not far from getting my caddy in
Just gotta move a desk and office chair out and she'll fit

Think this pic will be more of a surprise to those who see my garage before lol

Well now you have that caddy tucked away looks like you have room for a new project maybe a seat inca could fit on that drive of yours

just had a look through your build pics and that is one seriously sweet caddy.You put time and money in but not a cheque book build.
Compliments to the builder of a fine ride.

OMG lee i know how much of an achievement that is haha, not that i can talk but i remember time when we could barely walk around in it looking for goodies lol

Yeah she's come along way since i took ownership. She's got a long way to go yet aswell
I just gotta get my head round taking it off the road again for a full strip rebuild . i enjoy driving it soo much so its gunna be hard!

Only stuff i've kept, is caddy or mk1 related

Woo, just got another 12 months MOT . Not that i'll need it as it runs out of insurance on the 14th nov so thats when she'll be stripped
