| I have a T2 bay (1969) and it does not tick over when the engine is warm, when it is cold and running on choke it ticks over fine no problems, it even drives well just wont tick over when hot.
It has a new carb and accessories on it, the fuel lines and filters are new, the points have been changed along with the condensor. It has new hot pipes fitted but i just cannot get it to tick over.
If you cannot help me with any advice do you know of any local VW specialists that will be prepared to look at my camper, (around the Huntingdon area) as i am a new dubber and have no experiance of who you can trust to work on these vehicles.

| If we spray carb cleaner around the rubber hoses on the inlet and the van ticks over for a short while will this indicate the same problem as you had? | |
