hi all,
just fitted a 2.0 8v from a mk3 into my mk1. after getting all the wiring done etc, (biggest pain in the arse was the rev counter!) assoon as the rev counter was sorted the oil light starts flashing and a buzzer is going off. just did a pressure test and its going off the chart! as in 100psi +. I'm thinking it might have a blockage of some sorts somewhere but could anyone tell me where i can find the pressure relief/baypass valve?? Or if anybody has had the same problem would they be kind enough to let me know a way of fixxing it as its the last thing on my long list of things to do and i just want to get her back on the road and go for a spin!
