just incase your not aware window tints is not a finable offence!!! had this many many times! been told by many top traffic cops this!

front tints are a finable offence if too dark - technically it's impossible to get a tint light enough to be legal in current uk standards

thats not so. you should just get a prohibtion order. but hey not going to argue about it. just what i have been told by several traffic cops when having my tints taken out in several cars.

oh right - i was under the impression it's a seizable offence, until you can arrange for someone to replace with non-tinted glass or rip them out

http://www.tintsaway.co.uk/UK-window-tinting-law.htm this says it's Delayed Prohibition Notice though, so i guess it's down to the policeman

i got pulled the other week for wheel spinning outside balare in cambs, copps did a check of the whole of the outside of my car and didnt mention the pressed plats or the stretch on my tyres.

must depend on the cop that pulls you, or the gb badge on my plates might make them look legal.

i didnt say burn out thats what the cop said, it was just a bit of churping on the bricks. a full on burn out there would just be daft.
