My event filled 2 says with the bora...

started off on a half day at work as me and some mates were off to norfolk for some seaside banter, on the way to my house, got forced straight into a curb by some t**t in a citilink parcel van, the passenger side front wheel now has a chunk of tyre missing and some heavy scratching covering a fair part of the rim (if anyone can put me infront of a good refurb place, it would be very much appreciated)



then, on my way with mates to teh beach, got pulled over by a man hiding behind a 30 sign as i was coming into a village, clocked at 45, i was literally 10 yards in (no excuse, i know, i will admit i was in the wrong there) got threatened with 6 points and 2 £60 fines for not having my front plate in the right place, illegal plates anyway, and speeding. after some heavy talking and general reasoning i managed (god knows how) to get off with most of it, went away with no points and a £30 on the spot fine for having the wrong plates on.



then it all went really wrong, was heading back through little downham when i bottomed out on a level crossing - didn't think it was that bad til the engine warning lights went mental, pulled over, got out and could see a long long line of oil followed the rest in a huge puddle under the engine...not a good weekend, especially as i was meant to going to players today, instead im on the phone trying to get it all sorted...

cheers guys, it was a bit of a sh**ter to have such a weekend, but hopefully it shouldn't be a too big job getting her back on the road, i thin ki stopped the car in time to stop the engine siezing or anything! fingers crossed for the next few hours really!

Try wheelright at gosberton mate they made a nice job of my D90's.

getting the new sump fitted today, the old one was wrecked, split all along it with a huge whole.

Fingers crossed it all goes alright, otherwise may have to get an engine conversion a bit earlier than i planned!

Wheelwright dont do powdercoating as it comes off 2 easy but they do paint wheels and do polishing etc they very good quality refurbs ive had 2 sets of D90's done there

cheers, im thinking about getting the wheels polished or coloured as they all could do with a bit of a refurb anyway...

going to give them a call at the weekend!

get the inside edges colour coded and the front faces mirror polished.
would look trick.
