| For god sake.... i have just jumped in my golf turbo,went to pull away and guess what.yep another problem!!!! its started to judder :bounce: in every gear and it shacks around when sitting still...... i opened the bonnet to have a butchers and the engine was shaking around too???? i really wish i had not got rid of the mk2 gti now!!!! please can any one tell me what could be the problem before i chuck it into the garage!!.. cheers steve.. | |

| Sounds like a misfire. Probably a coil gone down. Very common problem. | |

hello mate.... could it be that theres a split air /breather hose gone??? just read some thing on it!... if it is a coil, is it a £££ job?? also just had another look and when i started it up the engine wobbles around a hell of a lot!! cheers. steve | |

| Well the judder sounds like an engine mount has gone but you say its lost power which i would think is a misfire on a cylinder. perhaps just a plug or coil pack like stated above. | |
