| Anyone know where I can get a bottle of Argoshield for a bit if Migging? Looking at the bigger bottles rather than the disposables, I know there's a deal through VZi but was checking for a local supply/experience first.
Anyone? | |

| The current VZi deal is through BOC and gives this: It is for Argoshield Light Gas (a mix of argon co2 and oxygen) Cylinder size (20 litre water capacity) filled to 230 Bar Pressure 40kg approx 4.8 m3 of gas (4800Litres) £ 25.54 per refill for gas £ 35.77 rental for 1 year (refundable pro rata if cylinder is returned early) total for 1st cylinder £ 61.31 all in I did a quick look on the internet and there are deals with smaller refillable bottles that work out a similar price, and I'm not sure if you have to rent out the bottle every year, so I thought I'd check for local supplies before signing up. that said, I've not been through to Elliots in Bar Hill yet. Is the above BOC deal a good price? | |

| why argoshield light? i would rather use argoshield heavy, keeps the welds cooler, and as most of the people on VZI will be welding cars and stuff that has to be beneficial | |

| So what's the difference between Argoshield light and heavy?...I take it it's not a calorie issue | |
