| Hello to you all, I just saw this on Splitterz and that is a very good idea. I help organise Elemental (at Stansted) so when all the details are sorted let me know and I will get it announced at the show a few times http://www.elementalvw.org.uk/ | |

| This sounds like it's shaping up! Sorry I haven't had any input yet, just not too clued up with big places for a mega-meet tbh. I think thetford is a good place to have it though. Nice bit of distance away from here, but not too far, so it would mean a nice big FD convoy on the cards. The players convoy was wicked, gotta love hacking it up the m'way with loads of VW emblems. Help for heroes - Great idea. Thetford - Good location. How about a music truck thingy? Some events (no matter how small) have a DJ truck thing. If you let Heart or Star or one of the local radio stations know, they might send a couple of cars down with a PA system. They usually do it for free as it gives them free advertising and would also provide some atmosphere for the day. Dunno what the park people would say though.... Just an idea I thought i'd throw your way | |

| That be me fella Location has not been confirmed yet though so theres no need to get ahead of ourselves. My original location was high lodge but that seems to put peeps off with stupidly low cars plus being charged for the pleasure too. Hoping some of the locals to it will mention other areas to go. I guessing approx 200 cars, maybe more | |

| sounds like its defo got to be around the bury/ thetford area to be central. But just as a thought there's place called Stonham Barns in Stonham, Suffolk which has a very large field area. They would defo be interested in hosting something like this as they had alive & V dubin there last year, Suffolk bug'rs organised it, plus there is no speed bumps to worry about at all. | |
