| The darling polo seems to over heat quickly beleive it the engine block frozen because the bottom pipe is cold and the top hose is piping hot and idea how to unfreeze it. tried with hot water and more anti freeze and warming up the engine then cooling it but no luck, Any Ideas? | |

| what will happen if i remove the thermostat and let it flow through the radiator as normal as a urgent boge job??? | |

| If you remove the thermostat it will get hot, fan should cut in ok, however once on the move your heater will not work i spent a few hours last week f..ing about with my polo it had no thermostat bought a new one for £15.00 then the car boiled up....went on clubpolo and found out about the housing £12.00 for a new part Now sorted warm as toast | |

will be ok but its only 15quid for a brand new one, i had exactly the same problem with my golf. | |
