| Drivers side brakes on after sorting out clearances with the carrier on the disc. Definately the Bolts on the wheels that was catching the calipers so after going through 35 dremel cutting disc's to cut down the thread of the 30 stainless bolts, i got the wheel back on. Better order some more cutting disc's for the other side now lol | |

Not bad for just brushed on paint. They need going over again as i've scuffed them with the wheels.

| Update time I rattle canned the primered areas and put the car back together just so i could get it MOT'd and legal to drive to my unit where it'll be painted. I also raised it on the front and fitted a CL spoiler for clearance on the rollers. It passed yesterday morning I've also been refurbing some bits to the ABF engine and i've stripped the head down ready for cleaning and rebuilding | |

Yes mate. Sorted some jobs in the unit then welded last bit on my golf. I then got some filler on so it was set for today. Sanded down today, sorted some high spots then added some more filler ready for my next shift on it. I also deburred my abf head ready for flatting It's getting there

| more pic's After unwrapping, i recoated the rear arch lips with por15 and also painted the rear drums. While it was up in the air, i gave my stainless backbox a polish up and refiitted it. Spent the rest of yesterday messing with my jack(seals) Today after work, i started flatting the paint ready for a good mop You may also notice the rear tyres are now wider. I've opted to lose the stretch in favour of better grip and handling. Will get the front 2 swapped when i lift the car to baffle the sump. | |

| Update time for those who are actually interested Friday evening after work i got the rear windows fitted and also swapped the sump for the one i fitted to my abf block. Also fitted a windage tray while i was at it pic of the 1 i took off Will straighten this out, reinforce it then fit to my ABF thats on the engine stand. I spent yesterday fitting tyres to my ibiza and the front 2 of my splits thanks to tinklers. Once i was back down the unit, i set about fitting more trim etc Also adjusted the camber and wound the coilovers down til there was around 10mm between coilover rings and tyre. New side stripes This morning i plastic welded my cut down duckbill splitter Will smooth it off before retexturing so it'll look like a deep 1 piece splitter Back to the unit for more work then out for a few pic's Still things to do but nearly there Oh, and to top it off, here's a pic found of me on the Nurburgring last year(thanks mark) I loves it | |
