yeh man can do that for you if you want either.


to anyone else ile be doing anything metal, rocker covers inlet mani etc not just wheels. willl be doing just sandblasting if you want a head start on paiting parts

right here we go then guys, sand blaster arrived today, i new it was going to be big. but i think i could get in it and move around still! pics of comparrison next to my truck which isnt small either. hope to get it unpacked and fired up today

right guys, just in deals with a company for supplying nuts and bolts for your splits, and dishes barrels etc. will be cheaper than prices you find elsewhere any nut, bolts in stainless, chrome, black or gold i can price for. the bigger the order i can combine postage to get it cheaper guys. so far ive got 5 sets waiting to be posted. so if anyone wants to get on them and ready let me no

18" 1 piece and they'll most likely need a blast and powdercoating.
I'll definitely let you know when I get them. Looking forward to see the first few bits done!

ok dude, looking at 4 day turn around on one piece wheels too, so should be all good for those in a rush.


first pic of a half polished dish im doing, ronal 3 peice mag centres. more pics once there done


also got 2 rms of my own, 7" genuine bbs dishes on the way to make them 13j going tobe show wheels for customers to look at so see whats possible. ideas on coloured centres guys? want them to draw the crowds in at shows

not sure if such a thing is possible with powdercoat mike, would be cool though. may do one painted and one coated if thats the case

any hooo, few hours of building and its nearly there, just need to pop out and get a fitting to get the airline linked up to it and im away. should be doing some testing over the weekend.



two rm barrels in to get an idea how big it is, think i can get a mk2 golf subframe in there

centres used for photos only, 2 dishes done, complete nigh mare with these. what was thought to be laqauer was 3 layers of paint, paint stripper and high strenth commercial paint stripper didnt touch it, scotch brite wheel on a polishing machine ate it off, pretty harsh but done the job. come up mint though, take a looky yourself peeps

got these ready to roll, going to be my demo pair of wheels, ideas for centres and bolt colours peeps? dishes will be mirror polished inside and out

quicky for mark gtx, had a play with the new da man, need a lot more sanding tobe perfect but gives you an idea with a dish on too, think stainless bolts maybe too blingy but thats just me

sneaky pic, first set of dishes done under company name, will be hitting a minty fresh mk1 soon. will post full wheel pics once the owners gives the ok

few quickies for matty, will get some better pics later man. they dont look shiney in the pics but they are centres will be painted and bolts hould be in by the end of this coming week mate

and another set underway

next steps on the wide splits, the wheels in general where pretty doggy, look good in the photos but up close wasnt a great standard.

before photos, all dishes have kerbing or chunks missing, already sorted teh front too so heres a photo of the rears to see how they where



heres a front dish, the black pen was where i had the lips welded and then i reprofiled them



next up, these dishes have a very strange outter lip. most dishes roll over like bbs, these are very chunky, so with stretch rubber these would stick out loads, yet again very doggy edges and groves in them most teh way around, same steps as the outter edges on the lips. i can cut the tiny pitted bits out when i polish them.




and then the rear of the dishes, removed the crap old sealer ready for rebuild after the dishes are shiney and mint

first one down 3 togo. big rear dishes have a fair amount of prep before this stage. was going to put a picture up of the dish over the centre but will wait until the bolts arrive to get full effect B)



the lip prep was well worth it, will look nice with the stretched rubber, polished over the side of the lip too, very pitted but its shiney
