| On my mk4 I think the dual mass flywheel is now causing some vibration. this has only started happening since it has been stood for 8 months. Can any one tell me if i drive it now it will stop? or will i need to get a new one, the 5hitter is that the clutch and flywheel comes as a set. I have just replaced the clutch before it came off the road. Any ideas? | |

| I'd doubt it will stop or get better. Will probably just get worse as once its starts vibrating it breaks up more in time. Quite a common thing to go wrong on modern cars. | |

| Depends how bad it is really but if hasn't been doing it long it will be alright i would say. by the way are you sure it is actually the fly wheel? normally they vibrate the most when the engine is cranking on start up i have found. | |
