I meant that's the bonus with older VAG's. Adaptors are readily available for them (Unless you've got 5x130 hubs??).
I'd love a set of lairy Jap wheels for my BMW, but unless I want to get overpriced custom adaptors or find some insanely rare 5x120 fitmenet jap wheels then i'm stuck.

£180 for custom adapters. Not too bad

Ahhh got ya, i thought you didnt like adaptors for a mo then lol. these actually came with adaptors and tyres so the whole package.

Been back to my mums to day and thought id take a rear RS with me to have a look how it fitted.







Its a tight squeaze but im goin to remove the helpersprings which will raise the adjuster ring out of the way of the inner lip, and hopefully this will allow me to take a few mm off the adaptors. But its fairly close to the beam also so we shall see how it goes.

your not wrong marky boy, im fairly sure ill be able to get a couple of mm off the adaptors to get them abit more flush, depends how brave i wanna be running them close to the beam lol notched beam

they sit perfect man, shame about the face of the actual wheel :/

Finally took this up to the bodyshop thismornin, felt good driving it again even if it was just up the road lol.

Nothin to fancy really.

list is:

All arches cut to within and inch of their lifes
New bumpers painted
rear panel partly smoother and repainted
wing mirrors painted
bonnet painted, (possibly skuttle and wing tops also)
grille trim painted
and full body mop to make the best of whats there
