mk1 golf / mk2 scirocco

does anybody know if front and rear bumpers can be swapped round, as in front on the back. i dont wana run them like that but ive made a bar thats fits the front to help pick the car up with a hoist and im wondering if it will fit the back.

I'am sure the mk2 rocco has mounting points wider than a mk1 golf buddy

ive seen roccos with golf bumpers on, maybe had different mounts. just wanna be able to lift the back of a rcoo a about 3-4 feet of the floor and ive got a bar that bolts into the front bumper mounts on a mk1 golf. was hoping i could use that.

is this a mk1 golf chrome bumper? love the arches on it too

It is indeed m8, but i think they need to be widened, cuz roccos are wider aint they? dunno about the chassis where the bumper mounts though

Yes

roccos and golfs are on the same a1 chassis, this is what makes me wonder if there the same

Onlyady was going to fit a rocco mk2 bumper on his caddy!, the mounting irons are in a different position.
