My 72 beetle. Empty
PostSubject: My 72 beetle.   My 72 beetle. EmptySat Mar 08 2008, 20:07

This is my 72 beetle, im currently restoring and have been for some time. Hopefully i will have it sprayed with in the next month.

Mechanically it is sound with a mot, that actually runs out this month :|.
I broughty it this time last year and have been working on it on and off since. Only recently when i got the car moved from my shed to a friends showroom have i really been able to get stuck into it.

After i rubbed down and painted the floor pans. They had a lot of surface rust but are totally solid and now shiny Smile

The wings have been sprayed with primer today and hopefully tomorow, the rest of the car.

I aim to get it painted within the next month.... hopefully , then its just the mot. : /
