Tdi clocks go to 5k hence i got some off ebay mark.

The clocks fitted in the pic obviously do the same job, just that they read up to 6k instead. Still makes the correct reading.

they're off mine so no wont fit...

got some aftermarket base plates that would fit your van tho...

Cupra headlights. They was broken so figured it be a good idea to swap the Glass lenses from vw caddyvan/polo headlights onto them as the seat ibiza/cordoba/inca lenses are slightly different.

I heated the headlights in the oven to soften the sealer used for bonding the glass on.
If ya going to have a go yourself, make sure you wear gloves and glasses

you should have smoked them, would have looked awesome. But look sick none the less. Good to see you doing some different stuff mate

Fitted my Cupra caddy headlights today

As you can see, i painted the insides with satin black to darker them. Also highlights the twin H1 bulb set up.
There not quite a straight forward swap as my dip beam goes off when i put main beam on so i got some wiring to look at

What ya think?

Tinted my spare rear lights red and also repainted my scabby rear door handle . Should tidy up the rear abit :td

sure mine do this anyway... arent the dip sposed to go off when full beam is on?

Definately supposed to work dipped and high mate. I tried 1 back in the cordoba to test the headlights were ok to start with.

Can you bring the mirror base plates with ya 2moz please dude

just realised they different lights to the polo which is probs why mine do it! do ya recon these would fit a polo hatch? might have to find some. do they light the road up as well as they look like they would? the polo lights are crap!

The lights wont fit ya polo mate. They 6K chassis fitment only

You could maybe make them fit by modding brackets up.

The lighting is ok, i have painted the internals satin black though so they not a bright as what they could be. I also using standard type bulbs for now. I Looking for another set to convert as i have another plan and it seems a few peeps want them making too so i'll sell these 1's on

Me and gem repolished the splitties today ready for the upcoming shows.

removed all 120 bolts just so we could polish the lips better





They now back on the van looking FFFFresh!!!
