For the wheels mate? I using 'wax for wheels' by turtle wax, was voted best by 1 of the vw mags.

| Lol, you really think i a scenester dont ya joe!!? Not me mate, f00k the scene Splitties will be on my truck remember so the van now needs to be sorted rim wise again. Have'nt got the fundage for uber nice rims again hence i was gunna clean up the 60's with fresh paint or possibly trade them against something of similar value. For the 60's i thought maybe..... 1. red centres, silver lips if i keep the red mirrors 2. black/dark grey centres, silver lips 3. satin black the lot | |

| Gone for a stripped out racer look Before After Started stripping it out last thursday ready to fit Remote central locking, Electric windows and mirrors, some Alpine ICE and Black dash/doorcards with red illuminated switches. Wiring to windows and mirrors is simple but the remote locking loom needs splicing in It was'nt too bad though, just takes a little time to strip back a donor loom of what you need then adding it to the original caddyvan loom. All the wiring is in as of today though(yeah i taken my time , had other stuff to do). Tested the new additions and they all work Central locking works but have'nt got the correct catches to run it properly yet so i'll sort that out later. Tidied the wiring and made it look factory(ish) Also noticed this spare plug on my original wiring near the fuse box After scratching my head thinking what it was for, i realised its an additional loom so you can plug in wires to run rear speakers off it Now that i'am happy with my auto electric's lol, i'll be getting on with refitting the interior. Not sure how i gunna mount my alpine stuff yet though. | |

| Wish it was tea mate but the missus was at work so i not been reliably refreshed :(
Its diesel spilt from a pump i removed off the caddyvan i breaking. Partly why i taken so long is i had to run the van with just a wheel, clocks, drivers seat and the only switches needed to work lights properly whilst i tended to other work lol

| Rather than search for a black carpet, i coloured my original pikey stylee Before After hoovering it for approx an hour it was like new apart from the oil stains. I then applied the plasti-kote satin black paint The marks are the pile of the carpet from when i hoovered it, not my bad spraying technique. Hope ya likey | |
