i finally found time to pull the arch off and reveal the full extent of the rot i should have just bought a new one but i like a challenge. Welded in plenty of new metal and hopefully the paint will arrive tomorrow.

once i have blended the edge out with the machine polisher it wont even be noticable especially since none of it will be seen with the arch trim back on
