Golf to Corrado Wheel Arches Empty
PostSubject: Golf to Corrado Wheel Arches   Golf to Corrado Wheel Arches EmptyThu Nov 04 2010, 18:25

I have just fitted some rather wide alloys to my rado and they stick out the arches by about 40-50mm, which isn't too bad but it's enough to need sorting. The obvious answer to this is to get my arches pulled however my dad jokingly said to a friend of mine that all I need to do is stick some pieces of plastic to the car. At which point my mate said to me about fitting some golf wheel arch mouldings, which would be alot cheaper I think than having the arches pulled. So can anyone tell me if the plastic wheel arch mouldings off a mk3 golf would fit/be reasonably do able on a corrado? Cheers

on further inspection maybe two lots of rear arch mouldings would work better than two front and two rear?

Universal overfenders would be easier to fit than golf items i should think.

Cheers matty, i'll have a look tho im not sure about all those bolts/rivets on show. Guess you could fill them but then thats big probs if you need to remove the arch later. I've also been flicking through my pvw mags and I found a rado with pulled, rolled and flared arches which looked rather sweet and tasty. It may cost more but as with the wheels will prob be worth it
