1.9td 1995 passat , firstly i replaced glow plugs a while ago , and glo plug relay ,

iv bought a ignition switch aswell but not sure if its worth fitting till i have a new ignition
barrel but before i buy one i need to get to the bottom of my starting issue.

Always starts first thing in morning glow plug light comes on and she fires up

example left work tonight, starts up fine drive 9 miles and stop at tesco to re fuel, get back
in motor turn key glo plug light does not illuminate , relay clicks to suggest it should work try again
and again nothing. after many many times of turning key on and off no light illumination.
Get out and lock doors with key , unlock and key in glow plug lights up and starts, this has occoured
multiple times now so thought id share my issue with you guys hoping you can help me solve this issue.
MERRY CHRISTMAS FENDUBS santa
