Right as some of you may know, i've jumped ship from blighty and been posted to Germany!
Now once you've all dried your eyes and stopped crying
Let me tell you the positive of this move....
1...I'm in the homeland of all things VW, Audi, Skoda, BMW, Seat.
2...I'm in the country where their Ebayers wont post to the UK.
Basically what i'm saying is, german ebayers dont like posting to the uk for whatever reason?? now i'm out here i plan to take full advantage of the bargains, deals, and harder to find stuff that you probably wont get in the UK.
So, what does this mean to you? well, having an address out here means the germans are happy to post stuff to me, happy for me to collect, and being UK forces outhere im entitled to the odd tax-free deal
As an example of the sort of stuff i can find that you cant,
Lupo 3L magnesium steering wheel...VW price £280...Ebay UK price if you can find one £150+
My purchase...60 Euro (approx £48) and free p+p
Audi A8 winter wheels...VW price £275 each
My purchase...200 Euro for four
Votex 4 Spokes...£ ???
My Purchase...190 Euro for four
I've also picked up other parts from here, all cheaper than ebay uk and vw scene forums.
I know a few people on here have bought from ebay.de and have had problems and issues, i want to take these dramas away and offer a service to keep our Fendubs looking sweet. I'm back in the Uk approx once a month and will bring whatever has been ordered.
