No real set size that you need best thing to do is to try and find a standard size that people use as a baseline then work fromt that. Its a very tricky art to set them perfectly.

Whittle that's a mindless silly reply,
the main running jet size depends on the size of the carb mouth and the restricting venturi. Personally i feel that 180's would suit a very highly tuned 2.0 on 45mm carnal with long intake trumpets.

Tom, ring wilshers ask to speak to Peter Baldwin, he will point you in the right direction and then take it to his rolling road get him to set it up properly, it is money really well spent.

Have a good idea of your engine specs or you'll get fobbed off as a time waster.

What carbs are they tom?

My R1's run 180 main jets. Once you've balanced them, you'll just need to sort your ignition timing on the rollers Thumbs up
