picked this up and pushed it home
its 50 odd years old and has been sitting in a garden for years
its going to stay as ratty as possible
topped up the battery and did some messing around with the wiring, need to swap for crimp connectors
Needs a horn for mot, it will be coming straight back off after
Id have liked to keep the plate all fucked but it wouldn't be mot worthy so i bought some paint
ran out halfway through.
Lost the massive silencer and now it sounds like this
the neighbours have given me some filthly looks, you can't grasp quite how loud it is

Looks good, but the silencer is what makes the shape of this bike so lovely. The bike will look nicer with a period-rat look. Style > Noise on this one IMO.
IIRC, my mate Sam (Bramley on here) knows a fair bit about BSA's. His old man had a Bantam (I think). Might be worth giving him a shout if you need any specific knowledge?
